We have a "retargeting tool" in the retargeting tab called Recovered Nibbles.
If a user does not get a deal Nibble can ask the user if they want Nibble to get back to them if the retailer will accept their final offer.
Nibble then asks for the user's email address.
If they leave their email you then will see a yellow flag in the admin panel and have the option to accept their final offer, reject it or make one final counter offer.
The user then gets an email with a special ink and can checkout as normal with the price agreed.
If you want to use this, go to the Rule, then the retargeting tab and make recovered nibbles active. Please make sure to monitor your admin panel to see any instances where Nibbles can be Recovered.
