Discount Threshold is the discount value above which Nibble will NEVER agree to a deal.
Primary Objective defines what outcome Nibble will aim for during all negotiations associated with this Rule:
Increase Conversion - most deals will sit closer to the discount threshold. Nibble will also always make the first offer in a chat and be more conciliatory when responding to offers.
Balance Performance - most deals will sit in the middle between the full price and the discount threshold. Nibble will sometimes make the first offer, and sometimes ask the customer to offer first.
Preserve Margin - most deals will be nearer to the full price of the item and Nibble will be a tougher negotiator, trying to convert at a better margin for you.
