Activating or de-activating any Rule is easy. Just click the toggle under ‘Active?’ on your Rules page to turn your Rule on or off. If Nibble isn’t appearing when you think it should, the first thing you should check is that the toggle is switched on.

Once you’ve toggled your Rules on/off, quickly check they are working correctly by refreshing your relevant product page.

Note that Rules can be prioritised by dragging them above or below each other. For example, you could have a whole store Rule at 20% placed second and an individual product Rule at 15% placed first. The 15% Rule will take priority for that product if it has higher priority than the whole store Rule.
